We are not a non-profit organization. The museums certainly appreciate that we are not competing with them for the non-profit dollars. The site is (hopefully) supported through advertising. We have been unable to interest any investors, nor potential advertisers to help finance the site. We have created this site on our own with the help of a couple of friends. To save money, it was necessary to learn web design and site creation instead of hiring a professional as was originally planned.
